Our number one fans—the next generation! ❤️🍟

For the fifth year, we welcomed local students for a look behind the counter, a chance to order for themselves, and a little learning about how Ronald McDonald House helps families stay together when their children need care.

Their questions, excitement, and growing confidence are what make this one of our favorite days of the year. We want these kids to know there are people in their town cheering them on—and there’s always a place for them here.

Thank you, Mrs. Walter, Coach Moore, and Ashworth Middle, for keeping this tradition going with us!

A special shoutout to Arlene, Sergio, and Nery, who joined us last minute and made the group even more special.

Thank you to Nicholas, Grisey and Catherine for keeping the line moving all night and helping our #1 fans get some cool gear and prizes.

Last night’s United Way of Gordon County Unity Run was such a special reminder of what makes community involvement so important.

From the moment the event started, our McDonald’s tent stayed busy with families, kids, runners, walkers, and neighbors stopping by to spin the wheel, laugh, grab a little prize, and spend a few minutes together.

What meant the most to me was seeing our own crew show up too. Some ran, some walked, some cheered, and some simply came out to support. That is community.

Events like this take time, planning, and resources, but the return is so much bigger than that. It is the conversations, the smiles, the memories, and the chance to remind people that we are here to be more than a place to grab a meal.

Thank you to United Way of Gordon County for continuing a tradition that brings so many people together, and thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us. Tag us in your post with your prices and can’t wait to see you in the store for those that won food and drink prizes!

How has it already been a week?! ❤️💛

We’re still smiling thinking about everyone who came out to celebrate Red Bud’s 1st birthday with us!

One year in, and the best part has been watching this restaurant become part of the community. Seeing so many familiar faces, families, kids, and neighbors come together to celebrate with us made this milestone even more special.

Thank you, Gordon County, for showing up for us—not just these two days, but all year long. Here’s to year TWO! 🎉🍟

McDonald’s recently brought a mural to life in Stockton, California, celebrating the culture and community of the Central Valley.

🎨 Artist Cecelia Perez created the vision
🖌️ Local muralist Carlos Lopez, who has been painting Northern California for 45+ years, brought it to life
❤️ The project took months from the first sketch to the final brushstroke.

I LOVE seeing McDonald’s celebrate the communities we serve in such a meaningful way.

It has me thinking… what would a mural celebrating Gordon County look like? 👀

This past month, we celebrated one year at Red Bud Road.
But after these last two Saturdays, there’s really only one thing left to say:

Thank you, Gordon County!

Thank you to every family who came through our doors. Thank you to the parents who brought their little ones to meet Bluey & Bingo, Grimace & Birdie. Thank you for the smiles, the conversations, the pictures, and for simply spending part of your Saturday with us.

When we opened Red Bud Road a year ago, we hoped to build more than a restaurant. We wanted to become part of this town.

A place you stop for coffee on the way to work. A place your kids recognize when you drive by. A business that shows up for our schools, our organizations, our families and our neighbors.

This weekend reminded us that Gordon County has allowed us to become exactly that.

We are incredibly grateful to call this community home, and we don’t take your support for granted.

One year down, and so much more to come.
