The first day of fall (and the first of our autumn flavors) are just around the corner! 😀🍂🍨 Just a friendly reminder that our shop is open year round - we have been having a blast sharing all our seasonal summer flavors with you, but we are going to keep churning even harder, with lots of delicious fall flavors to come! 😀🍨🍂 Thanks for supporting our shop and making it so much fun to serve this wonderful community - we can’t wait to share more small batch, super-premium classic and seasonal ice cream flavors with you throughout the fall and winter months ahead. 😀🍨💕

Today we’re releasing our final batch of MI Peach Cobbler made with fresh-picked, late season, Baby Gold peaches from Overhiser Orchards. This heirloom-style, clingstone peach has a delicious flavor and texture that is reminiscent of mango and unlike any other peaches we have tried. With a touch of cinnamon and layers of Sugar Momma’s streusel, this flavor is a perfect way to celebrate the last golden days of late summer.

We’re open today from 11am-10pm and would be delighted to serve you a scoop or pack you a pint for the weekend! Come on in! 😀🍑🥧🍨☀️

Happy first-day-of-school, Caledonia! 🥳💕🍨 Is it just us, or did the morning feel a tiny bit crisper? Does the afternoon light look just a little more golden? We’re still in summer mode at the ice cream shop, but we’re starting to see those first hints of fall around the corner! If you want to celebrate with a little taste of autumn that still feels like summer, Michigan Maple Walnut is in the shop and ready to enjoy (available in vegan/gf/df as well!)! (We promise we don’t usually make this big of a mess when serving up scoops). 😂

Michigan Maple Walnut is flavored both with the crunch of delicious walnut halves and pieces, and with Walnut Syrup and Walnut Maple Blended Syrup carefully crafted by Red Feet Farm in Wayland, MI. Producing walnut syrup is a labor of love since black walnut trees produce far less sap than maples, but the result is a syrup that is said to be deeper and more complex, with nutty, earthy, butterscotch notes! Come try it for yourself and enjoy a “taste of place” as you savor these exceptional flavors brought to you by black walnut and maple trees that have weathered the seasons for decades in our local Michigan woods. We’re open until 10pm tonight and can’t wait to share this special flavor with you and cheer you on as you return to your studies! 😀🍨🍁

August is National Peach Month, and we’ve churned up a fresh, creamy batch of Michigan Peach to celebrate! 🥳🍑🍨✨ We puréed fresh, juicy Red Haven peaches from Overhiser Orchards at the peak of ripeness and churned them into rich West MI milk and cream to make a dreamy, fresh peach ice cream that’s both refreshing and delicious. For this batch we even layered in an additional ribbon of puree throughout, for an extra pop of bright, juicy peach! 😁🍑🍨✨

Come on in and enjoy a scoop, make it a milkshake, or grab a hand-packed pint to go! We’re open until 10pm and serving our freshly-churned, small batch ice cream all day! See you soon! 😀✨
