What a busy weekend it has been! We got a lot of work done—but, more importantly, we made time for family. ❤️
When we decided to take on another business, one promise I made to myself was that I would never lose sight of what truly matters.
Years ago, I received a review saying that our downtown bar would have been so much better if the owner had been there for First Friday. Reviews used to make me cry, but that one changed something in me. That evening, I was at my adopted son’s graduation. It reminded me that I am human, and although our businesses are important, there will always be moments with our family that we simply cannot miss.
This weekend, my 101-year-old grandma came to visit 3 Acres. She saw her name displayed on the wall and learned just how much of this business was inspired by her. That moment meant more to me than I can put into words.
3 Acres is going to be something truly special because of the roots it was built upon—family, hard work, community and the people who shaped us.
With four businesses, seven kids and three grandkids, you may not see Jason and me every time you visit one of our establishments—but please know that a part of us is always there. ❤️
This is more than a business. It’s our family, our roots and our story—and we can’t wait to share it with you at 3 Acres by Marci & Jason.
