To say we’ve been working hard these last few weeks might be a slight understatement! Between churning up all that homemade ice cream, making our yummy mix-ins from scratch, baking up goodies, and getting the front of Ollie’s ready to welcome you in… it has been BUSY around here!

But now, we’re finally ready to open the front doors and let you come on in! 🥰

We are SO excited to have a more complete, cohesive Ollie’s experience—from the ice cream to the treats to the old-fashioned shop atmosphere we’ve been working so hard to create.

After what feels like approximately a million years of back-alley ice cream service out of the kitchen… we have some BIG news:

YOU CAN COME IN THE FRONT DOOR NOW. 😂🎉

The front of Ollie’s isn’t quite at 100% of what we had dreamed up just yet, but you know what? It’s close enough. Close enough for you to come inside, pull up a chair, take a little break, and enjoy a scoop (or two… we won’t judge) of homemade ice cream in the actual Ollie’s space. ❤️

We’ve been working, painting, fixing, moving, rearranging, and generally making a whole lot of dust to get this place ready. There are still a few things on the list, but we decided we’re done waiting for perfect.

So come on in.

The front door is open. The chairs are ready. The ice cream is homemade. And Ollie’s is finally starting to feel like Ollie’s. 🍨

Thank you for being patient with us through all the weirdness, construction, back doors, temporary setups, and “just come around back” directions.

Homecoming season has arrived, and the Outlaws have brought a little bounty to Ollie’s!

Outlaw’s Bounty is a creamy ube (thats what makes it purple) and toasted marshmallow custard loaded with mini marshmallows and rich, fudgy brownie pieces throughout. It’s sweet, decadent, and just a little bit rebellious. 💜🍫

We’ve been stirring up something a little different at Ollie’s! Our newest chocolate ice cream is sugar-free, made with monk fruit sweetener and Hershey’s Zero Sugar chocolate chips—but still made the Ollie’s way: rich, silky, and made from scratch in our little shop.

Because “sugar-free” doesn’t have to mean “fun-free.” 😉

This one tastes like autumn in a scoop. Our rich, creamy custard base is blended with smooth apple butter, a touch of honey, and just the right amount of cinnamon for a warm, spiced apple flavor from the very first bite.

No apple-flavored syrup here — just real apple butter folded right into the base and churned into something creamy, cozy, and completely homemade.
