It’s not often in the service industry that we get to have employees, our baristas, with us for many years. We often hire during transitional seasons of life: high school, college, and into adult years when so much is changing.
One of the greatest privileges of what we do is getting to walk alongside our team through those transformative years. They become a big part of our lives, and we’re grateful to be a small part of theirs.
Today was Jake’s official last day with us after 4½ years. Over the years he has worked at Jack Henry, he was able to work at all four locations adding value as both a leader and a trainer. We know he made an impact on many of you along the way whether it was making your favorite drink, sharing a conversation, or simply brightened your day. You can often see him drinking his favorite coffee, one he’s named the Salty Canadian 🍁 - a maple spice salted caramel shaken espresso or some combination of an infused guru.
We wish him nothing but success as he begins his next chapter.
Thank you, Jake. We’ll be cheering you on. ♥️
