Our Humble beginings

Our story starts when I was 13 years old. I worked after school and Saturdays in Boise for Eddy’s Bakery. Over 27 years ago I got into the food business as a concession at fairs and special events. Part of our business was making and selling pies on site at the events. We traveled six different state working the larger shows. About 8 years ago I felt a younger man needed to run the pie business so we sold the unit to a operator in California. I very quickly realized I missed doing pies so here we are again. Our main market is internet as well as Farmer’s Markets. We have been blessed to win awards for our pies at the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival, The Indio Date Festival in California, the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton California, In 2002 we were written up in the National Geographic Magazine.
