The Freckled Fox Food Truck We’re a locally owned spot for food! WE LOVE FLAVOR, and our food shows it. Our burgers are pattied daily. The salads are cut fresh.

And our tots are fried to a golden crisp before they’re topped with our house made dressings and sauces.

Quesadilla day! Adam and Chris are whipping them up full of flavor on Thursday 10/1 from 10:30-1:30!

Fajita Quesadillas- our perfectly seasoned quesadilla served with your choice of protein, chicken or beef, stuffed full of cheese, and topped with grilled peppers and onions before it folded and perfectly seared into a crisp triangle of perfection. Then we're going to serve it up with a side of fresh made pico, cool sour cream, and shredded iceberg lettuce. It'll also come chips and salsa.-$10

Chicken or Beef quesadilla- a large flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and fresh grilled chicken or seasoned beef then grilled to have a crisp outer shell and topped with fresh made pico de gallo, shredded iceberg lettuce and sour cream. served with a side of chips and salsa. Jalapenos available per your request.- $10

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla- Grilled chicken tossed with Buffalo sauce and melted pepper jack cheese (ummm yes please) in a crispy tortilla. With a side of all the regular fixins. If you’d like some ranch, blue cheese, extra Buffalo or pickled jalapeños just ask us!-$10

The Gaucho- named after Argentinian cowboys who eat their burgers this way. It’s full of protein and flavor. An all Dandy Beef burger patty topped with grilled ham, an over easy egg, melted provolone cheese, & caramelized onion. Then it’s finished with fresh made chimichurri (a blend of herbs, garlic, oil, and red vinegar) on a brioche bun. Served with a side of tots. -$13

Southwest wrap- everything you love about our southwest salad out into a wrap and grilled crispy. Served up with a side of SW dressing, and tots!-$10

Hello everyone. In order to try and become more efficient we are going to try and start posting menus the night before a shift. This is so you have time to make decisions on lunch, as well as place orders early! So here is Tuesday 9/29. Let us know what ya want ahead of time, and pick ‘em up between 10:30 & 1:30!

Chicken or Shrimp fajitas- we load up the box, you build them yourself! Grilled seasoned shrimp or chicken with sides of fresh sautéed peppers and onions, shredded Mexican cheese blend, cool sour cream, freshly made pico de gallo, chopped iceberg lettuce and freshly grilled flour tortillas. Served with Adam’s refried beans (they’re delish) and a side of chips and salsa. It will not disappoint.

New item alert……. We will have limited amounts of the caprese chicken dish tomorrow,Friday 9/25! So get your orders in early. As always we’re in from 10:30-1:30!

Caprese chicken- grilled chicken smothered in a fresh house made mix of ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, cold pressed olive oil with fresh herbs, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Served atop a portion of lightly sauced cavatappi pasta with a side warm garlic naan bread for cleanup. -12

Southwest loaded Tots- A large portion of crispy tots, topped with seasoned and grilled chicken, shredded Colby jack cheese, cool sour cream, our house made southwest ranch dressing, and chopped green onion. Delicious. -$11

Southwest Salad- A delicious blend of romaine and spring mix topped with black beans, diced tomato, fresh cut fire roasted sweet corn, pepper jack cheese, and grilled chicken. Topped with our house made southwest ranch dressing. $11

Mushroom onion Swiss burger- our hand patties dandy beef topped with sweet Carmelized onions, hearty sautéed mushrooms and meaty Swiss cheese. Top it with whichever condiment you’d like (I prefer A-1). Served with Mac salad and chips. $10

Devil dog- 1/4 lb all beef hot dog stuffed with pepper jack cheese, creamy Cole slaw, pickled jalapeños, and a streak of Sriracha! Served with a side of potato salad and chips.-$9

Queso Smothered burrito- a burrito filled with chicken or beef and a mix of sautéed peppers, onions. Then we throw in some black beans and rice, wrap it up and grill it then top with WHITE QUESO and fresh pico and a dollop of sour cream. You’ll need a knife and fork for this one. Comes with a side of chips and salsa. -12

Another Friday, another awesome menu. Come see us for a new salad drop on 9/11. We’re here from 10:30-1:30!

Harvest burrata chicken salad- our mix of fresh cut romaine and spring mix, diced cucumber and grape tomato halves, thinly sliced red onion, grilled chicken, and a sprinkle of walnut and dried cranberry. Lastly it’s topped with cold burrata cheese, a balsamic glaze drizzle, and served with garlic vinaigrette. Limited quantities available as we test it out! Call early to get one before they’re gone!- $11

The Philly Steak Burger- A.K.A "The Philly"- a hand pattied seasoned burger, topped with fresh cut and sautéed green peppers and onions, provolone cheese to hold it all together, and drizzled with our house made cheese sauce, on a buttered and toasted bun! Served seasoned steak fries . -$11

What a nice long weekend that was. But we’re back to the grind on 9/8, so come grab a hot fresh bite for lunch from 10:30-1:30!

The Bates Burrito - once Jordan Bates put this thing together, we knew it had to make its way on the menu. A large soft tortilla filled with adams refried beans (they're delightful), fresh made rice, your choice of seasoned beef or fresh grilled chicken, our house made cheese sauce, lettuce, daily made made Pico de gallo, pickled jalapeno, and a sq**rt of avocado ranch dressing. Served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa.-$10
