• Due to each item being personalized, we do not issue any refunds or accept cancellations once the order has been started. If however, if an error has been made please contact us right away so we can discuss the

issue and have it corrected. Shipping Policy:
• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number issued. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. You will receive a tracking number usually 5-7 days after your invoice has been paid. Additional Policies:
• We are not responsible for products that have damage due to being dropped.
• Please follow the care instructions provided with each item in your order.
