Eight years ago today, Michigan Coffee Company opened its doors — and what a ride it has been. ❤️

We’ve poured a whole lot of coffee, made some incredible friends, watched regulars become family, supported our community, laughed a lot, learned a lot, and somehow… here we are 8 YEARS LATER! 🥹☕

We truly wouldn’t still be here without all of YOU. Every coffee you’ve grabbed, every friend you’ve brought in, every post you’ve shared, every kind word, and every time you’ve chosen to support our little local coffee shop has helped get us here.

We are feeling incredibly grateful after reading this wonderful article about Michigan Coffee Company. ❤️☕

From the very beginning, we’ve wanted this little coffee shop to be more than just a place to grab a drink. We’ve hoped it would be a place where people feel welcome, where names and favorite drinks are remembered, where conversations happen, and where our community feels just a little more connected.

To have someone recognize the heart behind what we do — our amazing team, our customer service, our drinks, and especially the relationships we’ve built with all of you — means more than we can say.

We are so thankful for every person who walks through our doors, supports our small business, brings in a friend, shares a post, chats with our baristas, or makes Michigan Coffee Company part of their routine.

Being a local gathering place for great coffee, great service, and an even better community is something we are incredibly proud of. ❤️
