Hi all! I am hoping to get some info from you. I am a very symptomatic celiac, my husband and I own and operate a food trailer. I am trying to figure out the best gluten-free designation for our business. We are in the United States for those in other countries. So far, the designation options I have found are:
GFCO-Gluten-Free Certification Organization
NSF Gluten-free Certification- NSF International
GFFP-Gluten-Free Food Program
Beyond Celiac Certification Program

Question: Out of those options which one would make you feel the safest to eat with us?
P.S. we are a dedicated Gluten free trailer.

TIA

If your shopping makes you hungry come grab some grub! Maybe, The Beast, or The Big Spicy is your new addiction. Or ... maybe you're more The Spicy White Girl type. Or ... you are comfy style going with a rice bowl. Whatever you're style, Smoking F Tacos has got you!
