There's something truly special about watching families grow with us over the years.

Families who first brought their children here when they were little — now those same kids are off in college. Couples who got engaged right here in the restaurant and are now married with children of their own, returning year after year for what has become their cherished family tradition with us.
It’s so humbling to be part of so many visitors’ family stories. ❤️

While many restaurants on the island will be closed this evening, Rusty's Surf & Turf will be OPEN and ready to serve you.

If you don’t have dinner plans yet and think you might get hungry later, it’s best to make reservations early. July 4th is always one of our busiest nights, and we can only accommodate so many guests in one evening.

We’re now serving dinner Wednesday through Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Closed Tuesdays only.
Reservations are not required, but they are strongly suggested during this busy time of year. It’s an unfortunate reality that on some nights we simply can’t feed everyone who wants to join us — and we truly hate turning folks away.
Whether you’re coming from Hatteras Village, Avon, or even Rodanthe — it’s an easy 15 to 30 minute drive. Come on down for fresh Outer Banks seafood and our travel-inspired coastal Italian dishes!
