Hatteras Island's only sushi bar at Diamond Shoals! Chef / Owner Keith Gray is on hand nightly and serving up an extensive sushi menu, made from only the freshest local seafood. From spicy tuna rolls to our outstanding spider rolls, sushi lovers can relax at the brand new sushi bar and lounge, or order a few rolls in the restaurant. The seafood market at Diamond Shoals offers a variety of locally caught seafood, including fresh shrimp and scallops, oysters, clams, blue crabs, tuna, flounder, mahi mahi, homemade crabcakes, and seasonal offerings dependent on what our local Outer Banks fishermen bring in. We have all the seasonings, spices and marinades you'll need, from classic Old Bay to Asian inspired flavors, and you can select and pick your own herbs from the herb garden in front of the seafood market. You can also purchase side dishes, kids meals, seafood salads, award winning soups, and appetizers to make a complete Hatteras Island seafood feast meal at home. Our knowledgeable staff is always on hand to answer questions and provide cooking tips, and we can even prepare any of your fish selections for you, just how you'd like: steamed, fried, grilled, broiled, blackened. Our fish selections change regularly, so call ahead for what's fresh. Diamond Shoals offers catering for gatherings of all sizes, from small family get-togethers to weddings and special events.
