There is so much more to what we do than make a product. We’re building connections—with people, with our community, and through food.

Yesterday, while running errands we made it a point to stop and support other small batch bakers, ice cream makers, and local events. while waiting in the rain for the best ice cream ever we ran into so many friends from the farmers market, customers, and familiar faces. Moments like that are a reminder of why we do this.

You’ll hear me say it time and time again: “my favorite thing about food is the way it brings people together and the conversations it starts”. Food has a way of creating connections that go far beyond what’s in the package.

That’s what we’re growing. More than a business, more than a brand—we’re building a community, one conversation and one connection at a time.

We couldn’t be more excited to announce that Hampton Natural Foods will be carrying our Peanut Butter Bite Mix starting today around noon!

Our Coconut Mix should be hitting their shelves within the next three weeks, and we’re so excited to be partnering with them. They’ll be carrying both our ready-made bites and our bite mixes.

And if you haven’t been to Hampton Natural Foods yet, you’ve gotta check them out. They’re an amazing spot for natural remedies, high-quality ingredients, and all kinds of healthy finds. We’re thrilled to be working together!

I’ll keep this as short and sweet as I can.

Two years ago yesterday, we started selling our bites at a Thompson Point Mother’s Day Market . Scroll right to see where it all began and where we are now! Our two year journey ! ➡️

This past week, we completed the biggest week in our business to date, and we truly couldn’t be more blessed, and grateful. What started small has grown more than we ever could’ve imagined, and none of it happens without the people who continue to support us, share us, stock us, and believe in us.

We’d be remiss not to shout out every single place that supported us this past week and is this upcoming week— from coffee shops, gyms, yoga studios, cafés, markets, and every customer who grabbed a bag along the way.

It feels pretty surreal that two years ago this weekend, at a Mother’s Day market at Thompson’s Point, we launched our very first bag of protein bites.

They weren’t perfect. They weren’t fancy. But they sold fast.

Over the last two years, these little bites have grown far beyond what we imagined. What started at a market table has slowly made its way into gyms, yoga studios, coffee shops, cafés, and supermarkets across Maine and New Hampshire — and we honestly couldn’t feel more proud.

One of the questions I get asked the most is: “Who designed the bags?”

The answer is simple: me.

No AI. No design agency. Just Canva, my own photos, creativity, and revision after revision after revision. We are officially on version SEVEN of our packaging, and seeing my designs finally come to life in production feels incredibly rewarding.

And now, right as we hit this two-year milestone, we’re launching something brand new:
✨ Protein Bite Mixes ✨

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the bags being printed before launch day.

Our very first mix will officially debut next Saturday at the Kennebunk Farmers Market — the first of many flavors and mixes to come.

We truly could not do this without the support of our customers, friends, family, and wholesale partners who continue to believe in what we’re building.

The growth may be slow, but it feels mighty. And we’re so grateful for every single person who has wrapped their arms around this business along the way. 🤍

This Mother’s Day, we’re doing something a little different 🤍

As many of you know, we’ve stepped back from wholesaling our macarons while our protein bite production continues to grow. That said, we absolutely love a good pop-up or collaboration—and we’re always open to partnering when we can!

For the first time, instead of offering our usual private orders, we’ve teamed up with some incredible local makers to make the Mother’s Day offerings extra special this year. Think of our macarons paired with thoughtful additions like fresh flowers, candles, home products, and more 🌸

So this year, you’ll be able to find our macarons at these amazing small businesses and directly through us on Mother’s Day . We’re so excited to support them and be a small part of what they’re creating. We simply love collaboration. Promoting each other and offering something new!

5. And our last but not least offering with be both Exeter, and Kittery are hosting Mother’s Days pop-ups. Macarons will be available at both events. Little four packs with fun shapes!!

Late May / early June… it’s finally happening ✨

You’ve been seeing the sneak peeks, and we’re so excited to officially share what’s coming:

🥜 Our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip protein bites — launching first.
🥥 Followed by our Chocolate Coconut Mix in early summer.

Both will be available for individual purchase AND wholesale (we see you 👀)

It’s not just a launch, we’re growing into something bigger — creating options not only to enjoy our ready-made bites, but also opening the door for you to make your own at home using your favorite nut butters, honeys, and ingredients.

Because let’s be real — clean, high-quality ingredients can get expensive. Our goal is to make it easier (and more affordable) to create delicious, nourishing treats without compromising on quality.

We’ve learned something surprising lately… a lot of people are afraid of mint.

We hear it all the time — “it tastes like toothpaste” or “I’m not a mint person unless it’s a Thin Mint or an Andes mint.” And honestly, we get it!

But here’s the thing… mint done right is SO good. It’s actually one of our go-to flavors in protein bars, cookies, chocolates, and treats.

And almost every time someone says they don’t like mint, we convince them to try one… the reaction is always the same — “okay, wow… that’s actually delicious.”

Our mint isn’t overpowering (that’s the beauty of using clean ingredients 🤍). It’s smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of fresh.

If you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign — come try one! We’re always happy to offer a sample 💫

Visited our good friends at Dunn Family Farm—such incredible supporters of our business, and we were so excited to return the love and support theirs. 💛

I didn’t grow up in Maine like Mitch so while I certainly grew up boiling syrup on a wood stove I never did the whole Maine Maple Weekend! So fun my first time doing it!!

And honestly… what’s better than bartering macarons for pancakes, syrup, and a little snowy fun?

THIS is what it’s all about—the snowy, soggy hugs, showing up for each other, and cheering on these “little hobbies” that have grown into full-blown ventures. Gotta love another Buxton, Maine business!

So proud to know you guys, and it was amazing to see how many people still came out despite this false spring weather!! Thank you Erin!!!

They truly have a little bit of something for everybody—and it’s one of those special spots you just don’t want to miss. The kind of place that feels full of warmth, community, and good energy the moment you walk in. 💛

We’re so excited (and honestly honored!) that they’ve started carrying our protein bites. Being part of a space that’s so full of love, connection, and local spirit means everything to us.

Sorry for the delay in sharing about our experience at Thompson Point yesterday, but wow… we’re still so filled with love. ❤️

We were truly overjoyed by the love from our community — regulars who have become friends stopping by with Christmas gifts, fellow vendors gifting us what they make, and trading goodies with fellow makers. We even picked up a few treasures for our own holiday gifting.

This table spread is the perfect example of the love and support we feel from the makers around us and from the people who show up for us every single week.

After a conversation with a fellow maker yesterday, who gave me full-body goosebumps talking about how this — this community, this support, this shared passion — is everything. And we could not agree more.

We feel so lucky to be part of the Maker’s Market… but even luckier to be part of Maine’s growing small-business community. ❤️
