We are playing with flavors again this week and headed back to Gulf of Arabia. 🇸🇦 🇦🇪

Our dinner feature this week is a beautiful honey pistachio crusted lamb chop served over a bed of baby arugula, shaved watermelon, sumac shallots, shaved cucumber and crumbled feta cheese. This beautiful dish is then topped with a herbed butter and toasted pine nuts.

Dessert: Our ever famous Dubai chocolate cake is back!!!

We are reopening today Friday, July 24th! 🥰🥰
We have the go ahead from BSB heath department after days and hrs of hard work!

To recap- last Thursday I took some personal time to see family in MI. However, upon arriving at the cottage and finally getting some cell service; this video along with multiple missed calls came through only to put my stomach into knots!! 😣🫣🫪

With this visual in mind, I want to thank and praise the most amazing team a woman could ever ask for!! 🥰❤️
Rallying together to manage a chaotic flood in the kitchen and starting the clean up process. The saffron team has continued to amazing and warm my heart with their dedication and hard work. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to everyone.
A special shout out to our amazing friend Eric Wixsten and his beautiful family for coming in on his days of to make sure electric was safe, brining in dehumidifiers and lending a helping hand! 🥰

Our amazing dinner feature is disappearing quickly. If you are hoping to enjoy our short rib couscous we recommend coming in early Friday eve.

Our dinner features for this week July 8-11.

Main:
Braised short rib couscous.
Short ribs braised in our famous aromatic couscous sauce. Plated over steamed couscous topped with our house couscous vegetable medley.

Salad:
Baby arugula, cabbage and carrot slaw dressed with our house orange shallot dressing. Topped with a barrel aged balsamic burrata ball.

Dessert:
Mixed berry tart served with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of Carmel sauce.

Vouched for by the folks who came in this evening! “Best dish ever!!!” 😍

Our dinner feature this week and next (July 15-25th) is an Asian inspired fission.

Main: Coconut prawn curry with red bell peppers and a side of chard baby bok choy. Topped with cashews, fresh coriander and a dusting of sesame seeds.

Salad: Baby arugula, red and green shredded cabbage and carrots. Dressed with our orange shallot dressing topped with our house peanut sauce, cashews and sesame seeds.

Dessert: Barry tart topped with whipped cream and a double drizzle of Carmel sauce! 😍
