Good afternoon Butte America!

We finally have our stuff setup for our equipment sale! We are going to open the doors for 4 hours tomorrow to try and get rid of the things we can’t use. Mostly consumables, but we have a couple of pieces of equipment, as well as electronics that we are looking to get rid of.

Good Morning Butte America! More updates...

We are back again today, hopefully for a full service. We have a helper joining us today for dinner service which should allow us to cook more on the fly. We are going to try our hardest to get everyone served.

The exceptionally long waits are not because we're relaxing, the orders are giant.

Our back stock is being depleted rapidly, but we still enough for today and hopefully a partial service on Saturday. Our plan for Saturday is to run until we are out of product, but we WILL NOT MAKE IT TO DINNER SERVICE TOMORROW, be here early as we may run out of everything before 4pm. I will make a final update post tomorrow morning outlining what we have left or if we are sold out of anything. Currently, we are running low on Carne Asada, Chimichangas, and Empanada Bites, once they're gone they're gone for good.

We couldn't have anticipated the volumes we're seeing, but that doesn't change the fact that we only have 2 Chefs, and they're pouring their hearts into this, coming in at 7am and leaving around 10pm everyday. Thank you all for your overwhelming support, we are still here for you!

Good Morning Butte America! I wanted to give some updates...

Last night we ran out of prepared food. We anticipate the same today. We are cooking as much as we humanly can, but our building is just not meant to serve this much fresh food. Even after adding all of our extra refrigeration, we just don't have space for more. What we have is what we have.

That being said, there is a good chance that we will not have Carne Asada by Saturday. Since we only use fresh ingredients to make everything from scratch, we cannot simply "warm up" more. Some of our proteins take 14 hours to cook, others can be grilled pretty quickly, but the extra prep is just not something we have time for since we also operate the line and the window. There is also a chance that we cannot make it through Saturday based on how much meat we sold yesterday (over 200lbs total). Usually, we can catch up during breaks in the line, but those have been non-existent. There are 4 of us left. 2 chefs, 2 front, that's it. We are pushing this week for you guys, nothing more.

If I come out to address the line, it is because we are struggling. If you see me with the dreaded cone, please understand that it pains me just as much to bring it out early, as it does for you to see me bringing it out. We are trying our hardest to bring you guys our best, but even our best can come up short. Please please please, get here early if you can as there are no guarantees after 5pm. We will continue to update y'all so you're not left in the dark. If we are close to running out, I will post about it, so just check our page before making the journey.

We appreciate ALL the support, after all, this community is literally why we CHOSE Butte to be our home.

Good Morning Butte America! We are back for our final week of service...

And for our final trick... We give you the Flying Tostada!! That's right, this weeks special is Butte's favorite!! The Flying Tostada is a large home made flour tortilla layered with Queso Blanco, Salsa Verde, shredded cheese, refried beans, a crunchy tortilla chip, and spanish rice, folded up and grilled to make the perfect portable meal. Starts at only $11.50, or add meat to make it extra hearty!

Chef is also closing with her favorite soup: Posole Rojo! This pork based soup features a medley of red peppers (small kick), nixtamalized heirloom corn (hominy), and large chunks of pork. Topped with cabbage and served with a lime, grab this perfection in a 16oz cup for only $7.50!!

This will be your last chance to get your cheesecake fill, as always, $5 a slice for this decadent White Chocolate Raspberry cheesecake.

Finally, we have been prepping for around 29-31 hours so far this week just to get ready for y'all. Please understand that if we are out of something it's not from lack of effort, we have 2 chefs working as hard as they can to make sure this last week goes smooth, but things happen. We will continue to post about stock levels throughout the week, we do not anticipate running out of food early, but we'd rather be proactive and transparent about what we have left.

Good Morning Butte America! We are back and we have more news...

**SPECIALS AVAILABLE 16-19 SEP**
**SOUP AND SPECIAL TACOS ARE GLUTEN FREE**
**FINAL SERVICE SCHEDULED FOR 26 SEPTEMBER**

This week we are doing two specials: ¡Holy Frijoles and Sopes!!!

¡Holy Frijoles! are homemade white corn tortillas dipped in oil, filled with our delicious fresh made refried beans, and shredded Monterey cheese.
These are made "birria" style with a nice cheese tweel for added texture. Grab one for only $3.50 or a box for $13!!

Our Sopes are hand made masa cups fried and filled with refried beans and topped with lettuce, Avocado Crema, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, Chicharonnes (fried pork), and Cotija cheese. Grab two Sopes for only $12, or add meats for an additional charge.

This weeks sopa is: Caldo de Res! Beef based soup featuring large chunks of chuck roast, cob corn, yellow and red potatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini, green cabbage, and topped with fresh cut cilantro. Grab a 16oz for only $7.50!!

Finally, we received final confirmation that all of our administrative things have passed! This is bittersweet news for us, on the one hand it opens up our future, but all we really wanted to do is serve this community. We will be running as normal for our last two weeks, (Wed-Sat 11-7pm in the drive through) until September 26th, our final service :(. We will be selling our extra restaurant equipment here on site, Saturday 3 OCT from 10am-2pm. We have no plans on starting anything else at this time. Get it while you can!
