ATTENTION BREAKFAST (ALL) CUSTOMERS!
PLEASE SHARE THIS!
(not sure what happened to our previous post today it vanished!)

As we announced a few weeks ago, we will be discontinuing breakfast.
Sunday October 4th will be our last day we will be open for breakfast.
We will no longer open at 8am on sundays, we will be open at 10am and have brunch
from 10am-1pm and our dinner buffet will start right after brunch is over.
We will be keeping some breakfast items along with all our normal brunch items.
This is a decision we have gone back and forth on but with the people just not coming in
we must do what we can to remain open 🙂
Again, we will still have our brunch buffet from 10am-1pm and dinner will be 1pm-8pm as usual.
We are sorry for the regulars who do come in between 8am-10am it just is not profitable at this point. Maybe one day we can try again in the future.

We would need 3 different logo styles (ponderosa - fresh quality flavor tees ::: ponderosa - rodeo tshirts and ponderosa - we ate at the last location in PA t shirts with our address listed on the shirts)

📣📣📣📣📣📣📣 WING DING TASTE TESTING COMPLETE! 📣📣📣📣📣

The panel showed up and they came with their appetites and opinions!

Let me explain what we did here today :)
We did not let them know what we were bringing out just announced them as 1, 2 and 3.

Round 1:
We used our chicken breading mixed with pepper (the way we used to do our own wings once the OG wings went out of business) and breaded up some NAKED WINGS. Naked wings are a RAW wing and they take 11 minutes to cook (very time consuming - almost as much as chicken takes) but they are bigger than a standard wing ding.
Outcome: Number one had the most response for being "the best" and by the best they meant the taste and the size.

Round 2: Pierce Pilgrims Pride Wing Dings (What we use for take out now) the sister company to the OG wings!
Outcome: they all hated number 2, like there was def wings left in the pan (LOL)

Round 3: US FOODS OG WING DING REPLICA! these have the same recipe as the SYGMA wings (OG WING DINGS THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS IN 2019)
Outcome: they loved these too, ONLY one person got them right! Shout out Adam Bartman !!!!!! they have all decided that these wings will make the masses happy.

NOW we have to wait on corporate to see if we are approved to use US foods, and if they can supply our 700-1000lbs a WEEK that we would need. Hang tight and bear with us, but the panel can chime in on their experience here. We really are doing this for you guys, the customers! We want those little pieces of heaven back!!!!!!!!

As we assumed would happen..... alot of people are backing out of the wing ding taste test. We have currently 3 open slots if you'd like to join! Let us know. Today at noon. Sorry for the late notice as we were told just now :( 😞

This is why we usually try to only do staff testing because its obviously too hard to have a group of people meet up in 2026.

Attention ALL Customers! We are going to be transparent here.
It is with much sadness we must announce
that we may not be doing breakfast anymore.

the demand was there, but nobody seems to show up. and with labor at an all time high, food cost taking over and the people just not coming in, it may be short lived.

SO within the next 2 weeks we will more than likely be pulling the plug on breakfast, we usually open at 8am. We want to start opening up at 10am with a brunch buffet like we used to instead of at 11 we would open at 10am.

There seems to be a demand more for brunch then for breakfast.

So if we rolled into brunch at 10am, what breakfast favorites would you like to see stay!?
