25 years later, and somehow it still feels like just yesterday.

Yesterday, as we were reflecting on 9/11 at work, we had a moment that really put into perspective just how much time has passed.

We were 10 and 11 years old when it happened. Today, other than one of our pizzaioli who is a couple of years older than us and another who was only 4 years old, everyone else working in our pizzeria today wasn’t even born yet.

It’s a strange feeling to realize that something we remember so vividly is now something an entire generation has only learned about through history.

And that’s why we remember. Because as the years pass and generations change, the lives lost that day should never become just a date in history.

Twenty-five years can feel like a lifetime, yet the memories remain.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

In 2019, when Emilio was traveling to NYC every week for work, we had the opportunity to be in the city on 9/11. It was such a surreal experience. The city felt different that day. It's quieter.... more reflective.

** ENDED ** The homemade sausage special is here starting today!

Francesca's dad picked up the meat from Thoma Meat Market, cleaned/removed some fat, ground & seasoned it. He let the meat set for a day to marinate and now it's ready. It's truly a labor a love, but seriously SO delicious!

Note: this is not a hot sausage, there is no spice at all

This is seriously something you don't want to miss. It's how we have always made our sausage hoagies at home (minus the Panuozzo). It's available until it's not each night for this week only. DONT WAIT

It's the LAST WEEK for two specials. Peaches are looking meh and we're close to running out of the fig jam we brought back from Canada.

We open at 4pm today. Get them while you can!
