We're celebrating a special milestone today at The Fickle Pickle… 🥒💚

Today we prepared our very first catering order! 🎉

When we opened our doors, we hoped to become a place where friends, families, businesses, and our community could gather around fresh, delicious food. Reaching this milestone is another step toward that dream, and we couldn't be more grateful.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, shared our posts, stopped in for lunch, or recommended us to others. Every order—big or small—means the world to our family.

If you're planning an office lunch, meeting, party, or special event, we'd love the opportunity to cater it for you!

What an incredible soft opening last week! 💚

We're honestly overwhelmed by the love and support this community has shown our family. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new friends, and even selling out has been more than we could have ever imagined. Thank you for making our dream feel so welcomed.

This morning we'll be busy restocking the kitchen so we can continue serving you.

🥒 We'll be opening today at 11:00 AM for lunch.

Then, starting Tuesday, we'll officially be back to our regular hours, serving breakfast and lunch from 7:00 AM–2:00 PM.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our family, our small business, and this dream.

We can't wait to see everyone today for lunch and then kick off our first full week of regular hours on Tuesday!

Our first day of our Soft Opening is in the books, and we're still smiling!

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by yesterday. Whether you came in for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or just to wish us well, your support meant more than you know.

Opening a new restaurant is both exciting and humbling, and we're so grateful for the patience, encouragement, and kind words we received throughout the day. We learned a lot, made notes, and we're already making improvements so we can serve you even better.

To everyone who chose to spend part of your day with us, thank you for supporting a local, family-owned business!
