It's been some time since Percy could hang out on our front porch - too much construction commotion for sure! Well he's back & looking right at home. Followers of the Belle may have noticed that many construction posts have "gone missing". I will now begin to repost some of those along with new ones. Looking forward to the day I can again say "see you at the Belle"

Roses! Two of Chef Andre's very favorites - Caldwell Pink and Old Gay Hill Red. These are Texas "found" roses and available at the Antique Rose Emporium. But Chef grew these himself from cuttings, along with many others that are planted around the Belle buildings.
