Re-launching coffee tastings and classes. First up, this Friday at 11am, How Grind Size Impacts the Cup.

Over the last few months, we’ve been evaluating our default grind size for drip coffee by tweaking the grind size for each individual coffee. Mostly minor adjustments, but at times making large adjustments, with the goal of finding a good starting point for all of our coffees and finding the sweet spot for each individual coffee. It’s been a fun season challenging our assumptions and discovering new flavors… and also a reminder of why we landed at certain grind sizes in the past. All of which, is of course, applicable to the home brewer.
