We’re celebrating longer days, our favorite people, and the festivities of sugaring season in Vermont!
This is a communal-style, full dining room event, in collaboration with Josh Turka of 5th Quarter Butcher & Provisions; Nick Cowles, orchardist and distiller of Shelburne Orchards Dead Bird brandy; and Slopeside Syrup. Join us for a night of community as we emerge from winter hibernation and cheers to a hearty feast with just the right amount of overindulgence!
