The founders of TickleMyRibs opened the doors with the idea of making traditional Carolina BBQ with a new modern twist. We started by creating our own signature meat rubs and seasonings and by firing up the hickory wood smokers. Then we created 4 different types of BBQ sauces so that people from all over the Carolinas could enjoy our BBQ in their own preferred style. Then we created an assortment

of Southern sides that complimented our BBQ perfectly. You can't serve BBQ without that feeling of family and community. So we created a positive culture that includes our Hometown Heroes program and our athletic program, as well as being an active sponsor in many community events.
