After nearly 15 wonderful years of serving this amazing community, Sabrina’s Restaurant - known by many as the hidden gem of Burlington - will be CLOSING its doors in the coming days. While this decision wasn’t easy, it comes with deep reflection, heartfelt emotion, and immense gratitude for the years we’ve shared with you.

At the heart of it all was Mary - dedicated owner, head chef, and the warm smile many of you came to know and love. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for food built this restaurant from the ground up. She poured her heart into every dish, every detail, and every moment shared here. Her food wasn’t just delicious - it was unforgettable! Made from scratch, made with love, and made to bring people together ❤️

Many of you have told us over the years how much you admire her - for her work ethic, her kindness, and her incredible talent. We couldn’t agree more. Sabrina’s wouldn’t have been the hidden gem of Burlington without her. Sabrina’s was not just a business—it was her dream, and your support made that dream shine ✨

The decision to close the restaurant wasn’t easy, but considering that the time has come for Mary to go into her well-deserved retirement, we know it’s the right step.

We are filled with deep gratitude for every smile, every celebration, every kind word, and every meal shared with us. To our loyal regulars who have been with us since day one - THANK YOU. You became more than guests; you became friends and family. You supported us through every season, celebrated milestones with us, and helped shape Sabrina’s into the warm, welcoming place it became ❤️

We are so proud of the memories made within these walls, and we will cherish them always. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our small business, for believing in us, and for allowing us to be part of your lives.

We hope you’ll stop by before we close so we can see you one more time, share a farewell hug, and reflect on the beautiful memories we’ve made together.

Our final day of service will be Sunday, June 29th, 2025!
