Stefan is the youngest employee at our Burlington location, but don't let his age fool you - this CHS senior can do it all. You will usually find him on the oven, or up front serving tables. His favorite pizza is a classic Margherita, and he takes his Gluten Free. When he's not at work, he likes spending time with his family, surfing, thinking about pizza 🍕, and wishing he was 6'4".

Our Story

Rooted in Vermont, we make wood fired pizza, apizza style pies. Our Shelburne location opened in March 2012 and after much demand, Burlington opened its doors in January 2018. We are now open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner! Bring your own beer or wine to enjoy and have a pizza with us!

Our Shelburne location is located conveniently in the same building as Fiddlehead Brewery and across from Shelburne Vineyards. Our Burlington location is located across from the downtown City Market and Stonecutter Spirits will be joining the space in Summer 2018.
