After 23 unforgettable years in Burlington, CO, we have officially closed our doors. Rising food costs and the challenges of renewing our lease led us to this difficult decision. It has been an incredible journey, and we are deeply grateful for the support, loyalty, and friendship you all have shown over the years.

While this chapter in Burlington has come to a close, we are excited to share that we’re planning to bring our food to Denver soon! We’ll keep you updated on our progress and let you know as soon as we’re ready to welcome you to our new location, where you can enjoy the same great food you’ve come to love.

Thank you for being a part of our story. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Celebrate Mother's Day with us this Sunday at Panaderia Mexico! We are excited to invite all mothers to join us for a special event. The first 20 mothers to arrive at 12pm will receive premium gifts, and the first 10 mothers arriving at 5pm will also be rewarded with special surprises. We appreciate all mothers, so rest assured that there will be smaller gifts for all the wonderful moms who visit us. Come enjoy delicious treats and celebrate this special day with us!
