Isole Dinner Club was founded by Chef Richard Witting in 2011. Isole’s mission has bee to explore food and culture through pop-up style events. Past Isole events have focused on Argentina, Transylvania, Abyssinia (Ethiopia and Eritrea), Brazil, and the trade routes of Spain, Golan Heights, Morrocco, Feudal Japan and many regions of Italy. Isole Dinners incorporate freshly prepared food and drink with live music, dance, writings, guest speakers and visual arts.
