We are so sad to let Ice Monkey go, but excited that the Johnsons are taking over our delicious shaved ice! Make sure to like and follow their page Ohana Ice - IA. We will definitely become regulars! Reach out to them for your private or public events!

Hi, we would like to start our new page with an introduction of our family. We are the Johnsons. Jared, Maggie, Ony, Keoni, and Kian. Owning a shaved ice business has been a dream of ours for years and we are so excited to be on this journey with all of you! 🍧
You may recognize our bright orange trailer as it was previously known as Ice Monkey! We are so grateful for the opportunity to continue this business with the support of the Myers family and to add our own Hawaiian family touch! 🧡

For those of you that don't know our family yet, I will give a brief background on the importance behind the name and the decision to serve Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Jared's family is Hawaiian, from Waipio Valley, and the celebration of Hawaiian heritage is so special and important to our family and more important to continue that with our children. Our Ohana (family) is our number one priority and the heart of who we are. We felt like our name and logo embody that message perfectly. 🥰

Be sure to follow our page for updates on our schedule of events, availability, and updates of our journey! We are just getting started but be sure to stayed tuned - we have big plans to continue expanding our offerings to share more of the traditional Hawaiian shaved Ice and treats. Watch for our post regarding our first event/ opening day. We look forward to serving our community!

We are sad to say goodbye to this chapter in our lives, but we believe this is the best choice for us and our family. We have loved this business, but as our family has grown we are taking a step back to reprioritize our time with our 3 little monkeys. We hope to find a great new owner that can continue to grow this business and continue to help create summer memories for the communities in Burlington and the surrounding areas
