Please help us congratulate our very own Ashley Williams as one of Iowa’s Women to Watch 2026. Ashley has been an integral part of the Martini’s team for nearly 10 years and became a partner in the restaurant last year. Her care and consideration to both employees and customers helps define the level of service we aim to provide. To say we’d be lost without her is an understatement- we’re lucky to have her leading Martini’s to continued success!

Ashley Williams doesn't just train employees—she rethinks how hospitality is delivered. After joining Martini's Grille as a server, she recognized opportunities to improve the guest experience by replacing a decades-old service model with a collaborative team approach. Ashley designed new service standards, redefined front- and back-waiter responsibilities, and personally trained every employee, creating a culture where education and continuous improvement are part of every shift. Her leadership transformed the restaurant's service culture and, in 2025, earned her the opportunity to become a partner in the business. Ashley believes her greatest responsibility is helping every employee create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
