Henry's Place Cat Lounge & Café

09/26/2026

Meet Cash! He has already appointed himself to the marketing department of Henry's Place.

Cash is anxious for us to open, and honestly he would be perfect in the lounge. The problem is that we will not be open for a few months and he is a teenaged tiny panther still in foster care.

Black cats sit in foster care longer than any other cat. Not because anything is wrong with them, and not because of anything a black cat has ever actually done. They just get scrolled past. Cash has clearly decided to fix that himself.

He is available now through , and he should not have to wait for us. ❤

We sat down with Olivia to ask why she wants to be adopted. She answered every question without getting off her wheel.

Olivia is outgoing, has never met a stranger, and would love a cat friend who can keep up with her. She is looking for a home with room to run and people who want to say hello.

Olivia is adoptable through Sparkle Cat Rescue.

Our rescue partner, Sparkle Cat Rescue, is doing the hard work!

No amount is too small. It’s $5 Friday and no donation is too small to help with vet care of the cats we rescue!

Thanks also to our supporters for continued donations of food and supplies and contributions towards vet care. We are grateful for your help every week to help keep us afloat!

Help us win a grant! If we are in top ten by 9/30, we can win at least a $1500 grant

Let’s find this sweet girl her forever home!!

2 year-old Tilly is available for adoption from Sparkle Cat Rescue

She is a stunning muted/dilute Torti and has been waiting for a forever home since 2024. She’s as sweet as can be, gets along wonderfully with cats and dogs, and would thrive in a home with other feline friends. Although she’s a bit shy at first, once she gets to know you, she’s a total goofball who loves to play. She’d be paw-fect for a family with teenagers or above - kids who can appreciate a quirky kitty like Tilly.

A lot of people have never been in one, so here is the short version. There is a cafe on one side and a cat lounge on the other, with a wall and a door between them because the health code says so. You pay a small admission for the lounge and every cat in the room is up for adoption.

Henry's Place is coming to Burlington. A cat lounge and cafe where you can drink good coffee, sit on the floor with a cat who needs a home, and pay what you can. We are still a long way from opening the door, and we are going to bring you along for all of it.
