🔥 SATURDAY AT COUNTRYSIDE PUB 🔥

If you're sitting at home trying to decide what to do tonight, we've made it pretty easy.

Outside, Kim is running the patio and full outdoor bar.
Inside, Rachel is behind the bar while Megan and Dee are taking care of the dining room.

**🦌 Thursday: Dave's Wisconsin Safari 🦌**

Every Thursday, Dave leaves Countryside Pub and heads into the wilderness.

Not the woods.

Worse.

Stores.

Armed with a shopping list, a pickup truck, and a level of patience that will be completely depleted by noon, he begins tracking one of Wisconsin's rarest creatures:

**Reasonably Priced Food.**

Experts estimate the species may already be extinct.

The hunt takes him across multiple counties, through construction zones, parking lots, and aisles filled with people who stop their carts directly in the middle of the walkway.

Several times he'll think he's found what he's looking for.

He hasn't.

Wrong size.

Wrong brand.

Out of stock.

Price doubled since last week.

The trail goes cold again.

As of this report, Dave was last spotted near a pallet of produce, squinting suspiciously at a price tag and muttering something that cannot be repeated on Facebook.

If all goes well, he'll return to Countryside about 3:30 with enough supplies for the weekend and at least three stories about the unbelievable things he witnessed while out among the general public.

Wish him luck.

The wild can be a dangerous place.

You ever open the fridge, stare into it for five minutes, and somehow still have no idea what you want?

🌮 Tuesday at Countryside Pub 🌮

Today's specials look less like a menu and more like a traffic jam.

We've got tacos trying to land, a chicken fajita pizza circling the runway, prime rib sliders requesting clearance, and a smoked brisket chopped southwest salad insisting it's the priority aircraft.

Meanwhile Dave and Dani are in the tower trying to keep the whole operation from crashing into itself.

The Fish Fry Forecast Center has upgraded tonight's conditions from *Hungry* to *Real Hungry.*

A cod system has stalled directly over Countryside.

Perch continue pushing into the area.

Shrimp totals could exceed expectations.

A Potato Pancake Advisory remains in effect until closing time.

Dave has spent hours reviewing maps and tracking fish movement across the Upper Midwest.

For legal reasons, we should probably mention the fish are already here and have been in the freezer for days.

Still, it's nice to see him have hobbies.

Meanwhile, Kim and Sue are preparing for heavy bar traffic, Dee and Lola are bracing for incoming fish fry enthusiasts, Pooker is coordinating operations behind the scenes, and Dani, Dave, and Sue are preparing enough fish to feed a small Wisconsin county.
