As some of you know, for those who don't, my last day is the 15th. I want to start by thanking the community for being absolutely awesome and making my culinary venture here an amazing experience. I'd also like to thank my family for all the support they've given me throughout all of this, and last but not least, I'd like to thank my staff past and present for all the hard work they've put in. These guys have made every day here at the Café a special experience for all the people they come in contact with, and I can not express how much gratitude and love I carry for every single one of them. It's bittersweet time, and I hope to see everyone in the community before my last day. Once again thank you to everyone in the community, staff, my family, and ownership for everything. You've all made this an amazing experience that I will never forget and I can't wait to see how the Café progresses over time. With that all said, I once again hope to see you all again before my tenure here ends and make you all some killer food.
