Behind Sweetwaters is a team that believes in the power of community, the joy of gathering, and the future of Church Street. 🤎

Kyle Wescott, a 35-year-old Colchester native and New England Culinary Institute grad, brings his passion for food and Vermont to the kitchen.

General Manager Jessie Littler puts it simply: “We have to believe in Church Street getting better. Us being here can create more hope.”

And behind it all is owner David Melincoff, who has kept the dream of Sweetwaters alive all these years.

We’re proud to be here, cooking, gathering, and believing in what’s next for Church Street. 🍽️
