** Misc. Thoughts **
(it's kinda long)
It's another new month... how is it September already...
We're going to double down on having FUN... breaking the rules...
You've probably noticed... we've simplified the menu of all the items that were not the fast movers...
We are now "Pizza & Wings"...
Pizzas, Calzones, STUFFED Pizzas.. Wings... Appetizers and Garlic Rolls... don't worry, we will still be making the dough.. sauce... fresh shredding the cheese... hand cutting the fresh veggies.. all the same top quality
We are now OPEN 3pm to close... Tuesday thru Saturday...
But we'll be breaking the rules... a few Sundays during Football we'll probably be OPEN, but then close on Tuesday/Wednesday...
when it's super busy we'll keep making orders as long as they are coming in.... BUT if it's a quiet back to school night, we'll be done once the orders stop coming in
if it's homecoming and Krista wants to see Senior, grandson Camden play... we'll close it up early.... my daughter's wedding, we will close the whole weekend...
BUT if you have a big crew you need to feed a big lunch... we'll come in for you...
We will break the rules...
I picture a special night in the future where it's NO Pizza or Wings that night... instead it will be only our FRIED SHELL TACOS that night...
Krista wants to have a night before we are done - Peanut butter and Jelly pizza!! What?!! Yes, smores and peanut butter and jelly pizza sometime soon!! (Don't tell Krista, I'm thinking a Chicken Livers night)

We get asked "aren't you leaving money on the table"....
YUP ... I'm sure piles... You would be shocked the number of calls each day asking about Lunch Buffet... Night Buffet.... Fried Chicken... Tacos... Gizzards...etc...etc....
BUT, I've had my 47 years of doing all that... I'm ready to help someone else have that opportunity now.... I'm on the final lap of just having FUN with making Pizzas and frying Wings
Heck even this month... (with most every pizza order you all have been buying wings)... for FUN instead of $$ this month, we will GIVE AWAY a dozen wings FREE when you buy any two large Pizzas!!!!
We will keep playing.... having FUN with it..... until someone wants to grabs the $$$ we are leaving on the table and a final deal is put together
