Edward T. Ishizaki, the 3rd president of Yamato Flight Kitchen, has announced the closure to the 75 years of history as Yamato Flight Kitchen.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, Yamato has struggled to survive. We've started online meal and sushi orders, joined GRUBHUB, and many other methods. But today, I am sad to announce the closure of Yamato Flight Kitchen on December 31st, 2021. Online and local meal service is until December 25th, 2021.​

But we have the uplifting news as well. Head Chef Yuki and Yuichi has decided to open locally placed deli/restaurant. We will continue to serve customers with same or better-quality meals in larger varieties.
