It's summer in a dessert — light, bright, and beautiful. When it's made well, it's the conversation for the rest of the evening. This one's been a favorite of mine for years.

Meringue kissed with vanilla and rose, topped with whipped cream, drizzles of berry coulis, scoops of raspberry sorbet, the season's best fruit, and finished with edible flowers. A stunning ex*****on.
