We have limited staff availability due to family activities and other things have come up tomorrow for scheduled staff. We feel that it is important to spend time with family for life's events and have decided to close. Ariel tried to do half of the day today solo and it just isnt feasable to do that all day tomorrow. Please be patient with us as we work to hire and train more staff so that this doesnt happen in the future.

Modern Hash. Fresh shredded and seasoned white sweet potato hash browns, fried squash and zuchinni, fresh diced tomatoes, 2 eggs, and our homemade made salsa. Need protein? Add sausage or bacon.

Spring is in bloom. So many flowers are starting to flourish. We are loving the show our clamatis is putting on. Patio weather is here but it isnt consistent enough yet for us to be able to refinish all the wood furniture out back. Soon 🤞. Promise.

Burrito Guts and Gravy. We know its a crazy name. My father in law came up with it. He said "Put the guts of your burrito on a plate and cover it in grandpa's white gravy." Call it "Guts and Gravy." How can you say no to that! So here we are over 8 years making Burrito Guts and Gravy and it is still one of our most popular breakfasts.

Fresh cut fried potatoes, ground sausage, chopped bacon, diced tomato, cheddar, Grandpa Keith's white gravy, and a warm tortilla. Served with 2 fried eggs.

It will take you back to the days you would go have breakfast with grandma and grandpa before going out to work on the farm.
