We’re excited to share a new chapter in our story! Edgewater is evolving into Edgewater Steakhouse starting on November 3rd, bringing a renewed focus on local Rupert exceptional steaks via our partners Spring Lake Cattle, local produce, and a personal dining experience right here on the banks of the Snake River.
Our vision is to create a place where friends gather, families celebrate, and special occasions become lasting memories. From carefully prepared steakhouse favorites to handcrafted cocktails and warm, welcoming service, we’re committed to making every visit something special. You can reserve tables via OpenTable, our menu and dining experience are becoming more locally focused and our commitment to our community and the hospitality you know, and love remains at the heart of everything we do and will grow stronger with our local partners in food.
We’re proud to call Burley home, and we look forward to sharing our passion for great food, great company, and genuine hospitality with you.

If you're looking for a burger that you can sink your teeth into, our new local beef program with Spring Lake Cattle is live on the burgers and you won't find a better burger anywhere!

This lean Piedmontese beef is juicy and extremely flavorful, served on a pretzel bun with all your garden trimmings.

It's coming up shortly, November 3rd is relaunch day! Spring Lake Cattle is our new and they have knocked it out of the park. Reservations are open OpenTable download the app and search Edgewater Dining & Spirits. We also have a QR code in the restaurant at the Bar and Host stand to help you out.

Alright…get excited local peeps! Edgewater Steakhouse in Burley, Idaho is undergoing a relaunch. Mark your calendars for November 3rd to taste some Spring Lake Cattle Piedmontese Beef cooked to perfection by a trained chef who knows what he’s doing. It’s gonna be gooood…stay tuned!

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Monday!
We will be moving our reservation system to OpenTable and phasing out our Toast reservation system. OpenTable is much more user friendly, for you our guests, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to reserve a table while we move into the holiday season. Reservations will be live on OpenTable starting this Friday the 23rd, until then you can use it to check out the new menus starting on November 3rd.

2 bone in pork chops, seared and oven finished, topped with bourbon apple chutney, sides included fresh roasted vegetables and parsnip puree!

Starting November 3rd Edgewater Dining and Spirits transforms into Edgewater Steakhouse, our local partners in beef Spring Lake Cattle are rasing and producing Piedmontese Cattle which are some of thee most tender, juicy and flavorful beef on the market.

We have made a commitment to fresh, local and seasonal items coming with the new menu. We will have a new w**e list and cocktail menu as well. We will still have smoked prime rib on the weekends along with smoked Tri Tip.

Pricing will remain in the same ballpark but the quality and freshness will go through the roof.

New Local beef program on the horizon, partnering with Spring Lake Cattle, they are producing the most tender and flavorful steaks in the state! We will be rebranding as Edgewater Steakhouse come November 3rd! I'll be dropping some informational videos so you guys can see our new commitment to local, community, and quality items on the new menu. 11 miles from these fields to our door, you can't find beef more local than that!

New menu, only fresh food and only the ice cream will be frozen!
We will soon be on to make reservations for dinner.
