It started with our hand-selected Garrison Brothers Single Barrel wh***ey, chosen barrel by barrel by the Team at Fish City Grill. Then Railport Brewing took those same barrels and let their Tender Mercy milk stout rest inside, soaking up every bit of rich bourbon character the oak had left behind. What comes out is dark, velvety, and full of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, with a warm bourbon finish that lingers.
