Location: Dale Hollow Bait Barn & Dale Hollow Sweets

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking menu items for both locations
• Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Managing prep and kitchen flow during busy periods

Qualifications:
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience required
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Values cleanliness and consistency in the kitchen
• Able to work independently
• Must be available to work weekends and summer holidays
• Food handling or food safety certifications are a plus, but not required
