We started Carlitos back in 2001, and for the past 25 years, we’ve worked nonstop doing what we love—serving the communities that have supported us every step of the way. To still be here 25 years later and receive an award like this means more to us than we can put into words. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by Pump City Diner! The support from Burkburnett and the surrounding communities has been incredible, and we truly appreciate every single one of you. Thank you for your patience as we work through the excitement of opening our second location!

A few updates:

✅ Credit cards will be accepted starting tomorrow! We appreciate everyone’s understanding while we got our payment system up and running.

🚗 Parking is limited right now. If you’re coming with family or friends, please carpool when possible. You are also welcome to park at Carlitos and walk over to Pump City. (I will try to find a valet no promises though because this Texas heat is too hot😂)

🕖 Evening hours: We will not be opening in the evenings for at least the next couple of months. As many of you know, we’re a family-owned business, and we’re still operating Carlitos as well. We don’t want to spread ourselves too thin and risk giving anything less than the great service our customers deserve. Once we have everything running smoothly, we’ll look at expanding our hours.

🥡 Takeout orders will not be available for another 2–3 weeks while we get settled and fine-tune our operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
