Today marks the last full 7 days of service left for our family’s restaurant. Ever since our closing announcement, we’ve been showered with love and well wishes for my parents’ retirement. It has been such a blessing to see so many of our customers drive/fly long ways to share one last meal with us, and to say a final “goodbye”, and “thank you”. I’ve been sharing all of the Facebook comments with my parents and they don’t have the words to express their appreciation for all of your kind words. We’re taken aback by how many people have reached out to us, including the Seattle Times!

After providing your information, please make your payments in CASH at the restaurant during normal business hours before Friday, September 30th. We will only be reserving items to those who have paid for them. Thank you!

Our family has been serving the Burien community since 1976. You’ve celebrated birthdays, graduations, weddings, and more with us. It has been our pleasure to serve you, your children, and your children’s children for almost half a century.

King Wha Restaurant has been a mainstay in Burien for so many years, but all good things must come to an end.

Our last day of business will be October 3rd.

Our guests have shown us so much love and support throughout the years, and we will be forever grateful. We hope you will come see us one more time in the coming weeks to have one last meal, and to say goodbye to the Yu family.

We still have reservation space available for Christmas Eve seating. However if you are planning on getting takeout, please place your order the day before or earlier during Christmas Eve and we HIGHLY recommend scheduling pickup prior to 5:00 PM as after that, wait times can exceed 1.5 hours.
