These are my shortbread cookies. I love sharing this traditional style cookie with twisted flavor combos. On this day of gratitude, I wanted to share my own thankfulness for and the absolutely delicious flours they mill. Everyone thinks my cookies are outstanding because of the butter…nope, it’s the flour! Happy TDay.

Of course I love making, baking and sharing my shortbread cookies with all of you, but I also enjoy my time with my husband and pets. I hope to see you ‘Bite Night’ 11/15 or at the big show on Saturday 11/16. It is definitely THE BEST event for all of you who love food from the PNW. Come support all the small and micro businesses at one venue sharing their commitment to hand crafted eats and food stuffs.

24 hrs, midnight to midnight, laps around a 1/4 mile track. , Clay Fife, spending his birthday one foot in front of the other to help raise money for . Thank you to all who supported the sanctuary and this guy on his overnight adventure: +100k steps, having to stop a person from taking his belongings, some warm temps and the crazy looks when folks asked him “whatcha doing?”. His experience will not soon be forgotten. He is catching up on 💤 but breakfast burrito and coffee await his awaking.
