Sampalok Sampalok is a pop-up concept restaurant featuring modern interpretations on Filipino food. Currentl All of which is meant to test and develop recipes.

Chef Ken and Karl are very excited to announce the launch of Sampalok! Our vision to bring our own interpretations of Filipino dishes to the Puget Sound region is now in its infancy of becoming a reality. In the coming months, you will see us test menu items, launching our personal touches by party planning, hosting dinner parties and selling meals on Josephine (details to come). Join us during ou

r recipe development, events, and share culinary tips. We will be sharing memories on this journey. Each of you that has previously showed interest to partake with our offerings will soon be invited at the Casa de Reyes/Barnes in Burien. This is a very exciting time for us and we are honored to have you supporting us along the way! We are also hoping for a “pop-up restaurant” by early September! Our end goal is to have our own restaurant by late 2018! Mangan Tamu! (Kapampangan for “Let’s Eat!”
