If you’ve spent any time at Olde Carolina Eatery, chances are you know Mr. Jackie. He’s not just one of our favorite regulars—he’s one of the kindest, most generous people you’ll ever meet. Whether it’s paying for someone’s lunch, sharing a smile, or simply brightening the room with his presence, Mr. Jackie has a way of making everyone feel special.

At 88 years young, he continues to remind us that kindness never goes out of style.

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

After careful observation, extensive research, and several questionable life choices, we have determined that this individual has exceeded the recommended daily allowance of coffee and espresso.

Effective immediately, she is hereby BANNED from all coffee-related activities. ☕❌

Any local coffee shops caught supplying caffeine to the suspect may be subject to excessive side-eye, dramatic disappointment, and possible pursuit by an angry breakfast crowd.

If spotted attempting to acquire espresso, please distract her with water, decaf, or a breakfast biscuit until authorities (Ashley or Martha) arrive.

We want to thank everyone who stopped by during the Blueberry Festival! 💙🫐

It was an amazing weekend, and we’re so grateful for all of your support, patience, and smiling faces.

After the festival rush, Olde Carolina Eatery will be CLOSED on Monday so our hardworking team can catch their breath and recharge.

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Tuesday, ready to serve you again!
