Here are a few options you can do with the QMaster Senior. You can set you low and high alarm as you please. You can adjust your fan speed as you please. Tips for using the QMaster BBQ Temperature Controllers.
Both meat and pit probes need to be plugged in when using the controller. Whether you use a meat probe or not it must be plugged in or you will receive an ERROR.

On our controllers when the meat probe reaches Target temperature the meat probe controls the fan to maintain meat temperature and not burn the meat.

We will be at the Santa Anita Race Park BBQ competition. We are demoing QMaster seniors and our new 4 probe wireless thermometer.

We are also bringing some of our grills Ugly Drum smokers Santa Maria grills for you to look at and possibly purchase.

We will be taking a few of our famous Ugly Drum smoker charcoal baskets Vents, cool touch handles and more look forward to seeing everybody there.

Customer enclosure mounted on a UDS Ugly Drum Smoker with a QMaster Senior Automatic Temperature Controller.

I have to admit it looks really nice and functional with the clear see through cover.

The best part is you can see all the temperatures at a glance the current pit and meat temperatures and the target pit and meat temperatures.
