Chili John's uses only 100% pasture-raised California beef for our hamburgers as well as our chili! Never frozen of course.

We should also mention that our ketchup and mayonnaise are both housemade: No preservatives, no high-fructose corn syrup - and no need for seed oils. Just like in the old days!
