This was a kitchen exhaust system in a hotel kitchen that was having a regular quarterly service done. We needed to scrape out the horizontals and use the Grease Hoe to pull the scraped grease out.

Foaming your degreaser allows it to stick to vertical surfaces better and break down the grease a little better.Add a little bit of Brubbles to your mix and watch how well it makes your chemical stick.

This was a cleanup of a high end golf course with about 75' of lateral duct work in the ceiling. Jobs like this are where our light weight, durable scrapers come in handy. 💪

This San Diego restaurant had recently been serviced and at first glance it looked clean but when Christopher Gibson looked a little further, he found some pretty neglected areas of the system. Those areas could have easily been cleaned with the right tools.

Every once in a while we run into one we aren't sure if we will be able to get it clean. This one had no access and the area to get to the duct in the ceiling was super tight.

When you get your mix down, a lot of your jobs can be done with just a water hose. These sweeper nozzles are great for shooting down laterals.

These conveyor belt pizza ovens have built in plenums and filters. The panels on the end slide out so you can get access to the exhaust system.

“Huge shout out to Bryan Exhaust Service and their foamer. I am a one man crew due to necessity. And this foamer is an absolute game changer. I am shaving off over an hour worth of my time. I just sit back and laugh. With this thing and the AR630, I can handle any job that I service and I know it will be quick and easy. Some times if it’s a restaurant that needs a restorative clean back to bare metal, i will take out the Landa big daddy. So thank you you very much for making making my job night and day easier and allowing me to take on jobs that i couldn’t have before. The machine pays for itself in a couple jobs in my opinion.
