We are celebrating two very special members of our Tallyrand family, Carlos Zetina and Pedro Huerta, who together have given us nearly 80 years of dedication, hard work, and wonderful memories!

Carlos recently retired after 33 years with Tallyrand. For many years, he was our beloved “Muffin Man,” baking thousands of delicious muffins and beautiful Bundt cakes that brought smiles to so many!

Pedro celebrated an incredible 45 years at Tallyrand before retiring in June! Over the years, Pedro wore many hats - from busboy to working in our back kitchen, preparing homemade soups, cinnamon rolls, gravy and so much more.

Carlos and Pedro, thank you for the countless hours, the pride you took in your work, and the loyalty you showed our family business. You have each left your own special mark on Tallyrand, and we are forever grateful for the years you shared with us.

Though you may have retired, you will always be part of our Tallyrand family! We are truly blessed to have had you both as part of our journey. ❤️

You might know and love our Turkey Melt, but this spin on the classic is next level good. You’ll have to come in and see for yourself!😋
