Original floors are refinished!!! Thanks to ConcreteRes for the hard work they put into refinishing the original tile.

You can see where the original counter tops were. That will be painted green to match the tile and everything will be sealed tomorrow.

We were unsure how well the tile would look once all of the glue was removed but they have really done a fantastic job removing all of it. We are very pleased with it.

The floors are down in the kitchen and we are currently working to refinish the original pharmacy flooring.

We have been researching the meaning behind lots of things in and around our building as we have been working on the build out of the restaurant. This was interesting to find in The Franklin Times article dated August 6, 1909.

Some may know that a railroad ran through Bunn and the depot is located just at the end of Buell Street.

The railroad was brought about by Montgomery Lumber Company to transport wood from the sawmill.
