🔥🌮Current menu at Little Dicky's! 🌮🔥

We're serving all our tacos on a flour tortilla, topping them with our cheesy chipotle sauce and a generous portion of signature Mexican slaw, and sending you off with complimentary chips and salsa. 🤤 Just let us know at the window if you prefer corn tortillas (LIKE WE DO!) or if you like your taco a little more "basic B" 😉with lettuce and cheese instead of the sauce and slaw.

If you see the trailer out and about looking a little… 🤭 naked 🤫 … just wait. The full wrap is coming in a couple weeks, and then we’ll really be slinging tacos in style 🌮🔥

For now, the banners are holding down the fort while we focus on what matters most: bold flavor, good food, and giving the people what they want. The glow-up is coming… but the tacos are already here! 😎

After over a decade of talking about leaving corporate life to chase a dream… Tommy finally decide to set that dream on fire.

🔥🌮 Welcome to Little Dicky’s. 🌮🔥

We’re a locally owned food trailer based in Macoupin County, serving scratch-made tacos packed with fresh ingredients, over-the-top flavor, and a Mexican slaw + cheesy chipotle sauce combo that will have you making noises in public you didn’t plan on making. 😳

Little Dicky’s is owned and operated by Tommy Riddle — creative mastermind, head chef, and part-time fire breather. 🔥 He is backed by an all-star crew including wife Rachel + friend Rachel. (Additional Rachels seeking employment encouraged to apply.)

Soft opening yesterday was a blast — huge thanks to the community in Bunker Hill for showing up, and to Bunker Hill Chiropractic Clinic for hosting us. We’ll be back!
